Why your domain is registered in your name
Some agencies register the domain in their own name, which means the client cannot leave without a fight. Yours goes in your name from day one. We manage the renewals so it never lapses, but the asset is yours.
Moving away
If you decide to host elsewhere, we hand over the repository and point the domain wherever you want. No exit fee, no obstruction. A business that has to trap clients to keep them is not a business worth running.

What happens if the site goes down?
We are notified automatically and fix it. Hosting includes uptime monitoring, which is the part cheap hosting quietly leaves out.
